UDH is an importer, wholesaler and distributor founded by Igor Chraniek and Ryszard Kanior in 1999. The company specialises in distribution of beers and beverages in Poland. It is headquartered in Poznań.

UDH operates branches in Piła and Białystok.

UDH’s clients include retailers and wholesalers, based mainly in Pomerania, Greater Poland, Mazovia, Upper Silesia and Lesser Poland. A few examples are Kaufland, Intermarche, Makro, Auchan, Lidl, Polo Market and Netto.

UDH was reported to achieve a turnover of € 14.7 million in 2019.

UDH works with breweries such as Lvivska Pivovarnia i Slavutych, the producer of Carlsberg Ukraine and Chernihovskie, the producer of Sun INBEV Ukraine. Moreover, the company has been working with Anheuser Busch InBev, the largest brewery in the world, since 2011.

UDH imports its goods from Ukraine, Italy, Spain, Germany and many others.

UDH owns 2 regional warehouses in Poland where goods are directly distributed to over 4,000 locations , including 300 with direct delivery.
