UpFresh

Established in 1945, UpFresh is a food service wholesaler of fresh products in the Belgian market. Its headquarters is based in Oostende, Belgium. The company creates its own concepts which results in a unique fresh assortment. 

UpFresh has a wide distribution network in Belgium which amounts up to 2,700 customers. It supplies its products in the HoReCa and retail sector as well. Moreover, a webshop is at the disposal of its clients. 

In the financial year 2020, UpFresh achieved a turnover of €81 million and it currently employs more than 60 people. 

Furthermore, UpFresh offers an extensive range of products in the following categories: 

• Chilled & fresh: cheeses, fresh meat, salads, etc. 
• Drinks: sparkling drinks. 
• Savoury grocery: sauces, herbs, broths, etc. 
• Dairy: butter, creams, milk, etc. 

The firm provides a wide array of goods under its own brands known as:

• Fermette: A range of catering products with an optimal price-quality ratio. 
• Dyne: A range of tasty and fresh ready meals. 
• Autentico: A range of products rich in flavour and superior quality. 

Pertaining to its logistics solutions, UpFresh operates 3 distribution centres and has a fleet of trucks to conduct deliveries. Thanks to its fleet of vehicles, the customers can receive their orders within 24 hours. 

In April 2022, UpFresh partnered with TGW Logistics company to build a high-performance fulfilment centre in Ostend which will be completed by November 2023.
