Vapiano France

Launched in 2010 in France, Vapiano is a German restaurant chain which started operating in 2002. Vapiano now has several restaurants across the world. In 2020, the Czech company, Love & Food Restaurant, took over the Vapiano business following which Salvatore Perri bought 100% of the shares of Vapiano France and Luxembourg.

Moreover, Vapiano currently owns 32 restaurants in France and plans to double its presence countrywide. In August 2021, the company opened an outlet in Bordeaux Lac. 

With around 756 employees, the firm achieves a turnover of € 133.11 million. 

Additionally, in 2020, Vapiano France won the HR Creativity award. 

The restaurant offers various Italian meals such as salads, pizzas, risotto and soups. Every meal is freshly prepared.

Furthermore, Vapiano France is looking for suppliers that can cater for the firm’s private labels. Vapiano is interested in products in the following categories:

• Frozen Foods: salmon, seafood
• Dairy: Italian cheese, milk, whipped cream
• Chilled Food: fruits, vegetables, bread, charcuterie

The firm has also shown an interest in those suppliers which provide innovative and clean packaging.
