Furthermore, Vente Privee Germany has changed its name to Veepee Germany since 2019 after the Summit Partners acquired a 20% stake in the firm. The concept consists of online sales events where designer brands are available to the site’s members at discounted prices. It operates a mobile app as well.

In 2020, Veepee Germany achieved a turnover of €119 million.
