Vinia SE is an importer of wine based in Sweden. The company was founded in 2005 and is a subsidiary of Sigva. Vinia SE is recognised as one of the leading wine importers in the country and is known for introducing high quality organic and non-organic wines to the Swedish market. Vinia SE owns 30 brands of wine.

Vinia SE achieved turnover of € 6.25 million in 2018. The company controls 90% of the alcoholic beverage market  and its clients also include restaurants in Sweden. Vinia SE was recognised as the Super Company of the Year in 2011 by Veckan’s. Furthermore, the company received the silver award for the nomination of the Importer of the Year in 2015.

Vinia SE offers products from wine producers like Titu Saltaire, Aldea, Domaine de la Bournaire and Terre Brune. Furthermore, the company also develops its own brands of wines. 

Vinia SE’s philosophy is to work with wine producers who maintain high standards. The company is looking for manufacturers of wines and sparkling wines. For the company, quality is more important than quantity. Thus, it forms strong partnerships with a select group of producers.

Vinia SE is also focussed on creating more private labels and hence wants to work with those flexible producers who can provide the company with organic and non-organic wines based on its specifications.
