Voicevale

Voicevale is an importer and distributor of food items such as nuts, dried fruits, seeds and coffee. The firm was founded in 1981 and now has more than 600 customers including retailers, confectionery and cereal manufacturers, processors and distributors. 

Voicevale’s head office is located in the UK and over time, the company has opened 5 more offices in France, Germany, China, Turkey and Bolivia. 

Voicevale achieved a turnover of € 293 million in 2018 and employs 74 people. 

Voicevale offers products in the following categories:

• Sweet Grocery: coffee, etc.

• Savory Grocery: dried fruits, nuts, etc.

Voicevale has invested in the following companies:

• Pasteurise Ltd: producer of pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, quinoa seeds and lin seeds. 

• Green Forest: a nut cracking and packaging company based in Bolivia.

• Sunnyvale: based in China, the factory produces apple dices and flakes which are used to produce breakfast cereals mainly.

• Westnut: the company prepares hazelnuts for exportation

Voicevale ensures that all the products are organic. Each office has its own quality assurance department. Prior to shipping, trained staff inspect and take samples from each container to ensure that they meet all the norms. Tests are regularly carried out. Furthermore, employees frequently audit the farms and factories.

Voicevale has obtained the Organic Food Federation certificate and the Ecocert certificate. Some of the products are certified by Naturland. 

Voicevale manages its own warehouses and distributes around 75000 tonnes of products each year. The business imports from around 100 suppliers from 30 countries.
