Yo sushi is a restaurant chain specialised in Sushi. The first restaurant was opened in 1997. Owned by Mayfair Equity Partners, Yo Sushi uses the Japanese style “kaiten” which is the conveyor belt method to deliver the sushi to customers.

The sushi are prepared in front of the customers and the restaurant proposes various sushi types as well as other Japanese foods.

Vegan can also be found on their menu. In fact there are 29 vegetarian dishes and 16 vegan meals.
