York Wines

Founded by Stuart Vass and Alexandra Edwards in 1987, York Wines is an alliance between independent wine merchants and importers based in the North of York, United Kingdom. Most of their wines are sourced directly from vineyards which enables the company to sell the best quality wines at the best prices. Furthermore, it operates a physical store in Sheriff Hutton as well as an online shop.

York Wines was reported to have achieved a turnover not exceeding €5 million and employed not more than 25 individuals.

A variety of products are offered in the Wine & Spirits category such as champagne, red wine, white wine, rose, whiskey, gin, cognac and many others.

Fairtrade and organic options are available as well.

York Wines partnered with several brands including Botolo, Roos State, Cooper Gin, etc, which are imported from Romania, France, Austria and other countries.
