Italian Aged Cheese made by Granarolo Milk. We ensure daily the well being of ours 70.000 cows (CSQA certification). The milk comes from our 700 farmers, located in 12 Italian regions. The cheese is made with the italian traditional process in coppler Kettles. The cheese wheels are aged up to 12 months or more in wooden shelves.
No preservatives. without lysozyme.
Make with microbial rennet, ideal in vegetarian diets.
