Our products are subject to Vaporization or Spray Dried (SD) process and are available in conventional and organic versions. The vaporization process guarantees a better yield (100% Acai / kg) of the product and higher nutritional value with less ingredients added to the formula, on the other hand, Spray Dried, has a lower concentration of Acai per kg (generally 40-60%). and the formula is composed of maltodextrin.
We also work with the version ready to be used in machines of ice creams, continuous and discontinuous machines to prepare acai sorbet, besides preparation of juices and acai bowl.
