Affligem Abbey Cheese
Affligem Abbey Cheese, made since 1980 by Abbey Food, 50 F.I.D.M., 8 weeks matured and soft but creamy (in the good way) taste.
This cheese is a Belgian Certified Abbey Cheese, meaning that all products are developed in close cooperation with the abbey and and a royalty for each cheese sold is paid. This is similar for the Brewery and therefore we share the same logo.
This cheese pre-cut into cubes created, together with Grimbergen Abbey Cheese the cheese apero moment in 1990 in Belgium. Until today it is still the third most popular apero cheese in Belgium. Its soft but full body flavor makes it easy to love this cheese.
