Agave Sugar Bio

Dried agave syrup to sweeten food and drinks. Raab’s Agave Sugar is made from the juice of the blue agave. Agave sugar can be used in the same way as household sugar. Thanks to its fine taste, the sugar, which dissolves easily, is perfect to add to cold foods and drinks and also great for baking. Agave sugar is also ideal to sweeten and enhance the taste of desserts, dairy foods and muesli. It is somewhat sweeter than household sugar, so one needsless of it. The amount used for baking, e.g., can be reduced by ¼ compared with household sugar.
