ALKOseal™
Meyer Seals® ALKOseal™ range of liners are two-piece and are to be sealed using induction sealing, in order to achieve a clean, hermetic seal on containers. This range of liners protect high-quality speciality coffees, spreads, and all powdered filling contents against undesirable environmental influences before and after being opened for the first time.
ALKOseal™ sealing liners rotate freely behind a retention feature inserted in the bottom of a screw closure and can be used for all container materials.
With this two-piece sealing liner, the reseal part made of ALKOzell™ foam or virgin board remains in the lid after first opening and protects the filling substance after resealing.
ALKOseal™ is available as pre-cut discs or in slit width tape.
With ALKOseal™ pierce 'n' peel™, Meyer Seals® has complemented the ALKOseal™ product range with a sealing liner with innovative opening features. With ALKOseal™ pierce 'n' peel™, the sealing liner perforation - which can be individually designed – that ensures an intuitive and extremely convenient opening process. The unique opening laser perforation can be adapted in size and shape according to the application requirements, so that for example a dosing opening is possible for measured dispensing of the filling contents. This means that both brand owners and consumers enjoy complete flexibility in handling. The induction sealing of aggressive products containing oil and grease in glass containers used to pose a major challenge. With ALKOseal™ glasSecure™, Meyer Seals® has developed a new and highly effective sealing liner with a special sealing layer that meets this challenge. The high seal strength of ALKOseal™ glasSecure™ ensures reliable protection even at warmer temperatures and resists pressure fluctuations.
