Vineyard on slopes harvested entirely by hand on the famous Ribeauvillé fault line that offers incredible diversity of terroirs.

Grapes are fully hand harvested.

Delicate rose petale colour for this Pinot Noir rosé with a quite fine, fresh and nice fruity nose. In the mouth it shows strawberries and is highlighted by his acidity. 

This Pinot Noir rosé is a drinking wine for summer, to be enjoyed with mixed salads, couscous, pizzas and barbecue.

To be served between 8 and 10°C.
