Geographic area: Produced in our winery in San Pietro di Feletto (TV), in the heart of Prosecco area in the north east of Italy: Veneto Region 

Ingredients: Glera grapes with elderflowers, mint and lemon infusions 

Gradazione alcolica: 8% vol 

Temperatura di servizio: 5-7 ° C 

Tasting notes: An aromatic and vibrant aperitivo. It opens with a fresh, spiced citrus aroma, evolving into a delicate floral aftertaste. On the palate, a fine, elegant effervescence deliversthe unmistakable flavor of an authentic Italian Hugo Spritz 

Serving suggestion: Hugo is a refreshing “aperitivo” served cold over ice, and garnished with a few mint leaves and a slice of lemon
