AMANDIN - Frutos del Sol - Organic Coconut Sugar

It’s a product extracted from the flower of the coconut palm, more specifically from the sap of the flower. Once the sap has been collected, it’s heated to make the water evaporate and thicken it until it crystallises like sugar. It has a pleasant sweet, slightly toasty flavour which makes it especially delicious in desserts. It’s an excellent alternative to other kinds of sweetener and is also rich in nutrients.
