A blend of 2 grape pickings to marry the freshness and the liveliness of the last harvest and the roundness and the complex evolution brought by months of wine aging.

Here, we were always blending the different grapes to play on all the range of fragrances. Some grape need more time to be opened and some other grape will offer new flavours with the time by moving to mature fruit or brioche...Our wines were always famous for their length of time.
