Anchovy paste gr 60 in tube
The fished product is processed within 24 hours of capture.
Selected, decapitated, manually eviscerated anchovies are pressed in brine for the time required for maturation.
Subsequently the product is guttered, mixed with flavoured sunflower oil.
It is minced first with a meat grinder and then with a colloidal mill.
The mixture is packed by a tube filling machine in tubes of 60 gr.
