Andeluz Organic Cabernet Frac
Our Cabernet Franc is produced with grapes from trellis and vines. Depending on the time of harvest and the
exposure to light, this Cabernet can show more or less concentration of pyrazines, which are the chemicals in charge of giving this
wine aroma of pepper, red peppers, etc. The same variety in two different vine conduction systems gives harmony to the final product.
You can smell aromas of herbs, pepper, dry tomatoes, but also quince cheese and ripe fruits.
This wine with great body and volume agrees perfectly with red meat as well as pasta.
