Danish pastry with apple-cinnamon filling and small apple pieces, decorated with pearl sugar. Pre-proofed, deep-frozen.

Place frozen products onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake in a preaheated oven at 185°C 17-20 min without steam. * Baking time depends on the favorite browning of the product and the oven properties.
