Arden Halloumi’s aroma and taste comes from the use of real sheep and goat milk. In addition to its exclusive packaging, Arden Halloumi owes its high-quality to the mixture of goat and sheep milk used in the production process. 

Produced with the latest technologies under hygienic conditions. We strongly comply with the traditional halloumi production process ; every step of the process follows the Cypriot traditions of halloumi making.

Pasteurized sheep milk, goat milk and cow milk, rennet and salt. Minimum 45% milk fat in dry matter. Keep refrigerated between +2 C and +4 C.

Shelf life: 12 month (Full Fat) 6 months (Low Salt)
