ARISTOCRATICO Amarone Della Valpolicella DOCG
T E R R O I R : Amarone wine is from the Valpolicella wine area, its climate is mainly mild and not overly wet, not even in winter. The Lessini mountains protect it from the cold northerly winds and its south-facing position creates a Mediterranean-style microclimate. The geology and climate of the Valpolicella region are at the heart of its unique wines and winemaking tradition. W I N E : Aristocratico Amarone is made with a lengthy process. The grapes are harvested, dried and then slowly fermented; the contact with the grape skins can last about two months and then it’s aged in oak barrels for 24 months. Warm with ripe fruit aromas on the nose. Bold and complex on the palate.
