Founded in 1907, Fromageries Arnaud  - 3rd generation - is the « top-notch » group in terms of cheeses from Franche-Comté: PDO/AOP Comté, PDO/AOP Morbier, PDO/AOP Mont d’Or, PDO/AOP Bleu de Gex.
