This product is made with asparagus after removing the white and/or fibrous parts. The asparagus is cooked with herbs in suitable cookers.
The finished product, cut and homogenised with the other ingredients, is a thick asparagus cream with a distinctive flavour.
The cream is vacuum packed in plastic pouches and pasteurised in hot-air ovens.
This product is classified as “pasteurised semi-preserve”. Refrigerated at max +4 °C, it keeps its properties unchanged for 3 months.
