Ovos Moles de Aveiro IGP (Soft  Eggs - Protected Geographical Indication) are the icon of the tourist and gastronomic region of Aveiro.

Born in the sixteenth century in a convent in Aveiro, these sweets are obtained by uniting egg yolk and sugar syrup leading to bake.
We can find them wrapped in wafers or stored in barrels off wood or porcelain
