BAKED PATÉ

“Grandfather’s paté”, is what we call it here. Grandfather’s recipe that was the basis of this paté. No frills and no nonsense. That was grandfather: straight up. And that’s how he also developed this paté. Only fresh ingredients seasoned with fresh onions and a fresh herb mixture. Then placed in a mould, surrounded by bacon and herbs and finally baked in the oven. A true paté like before. Taste it and you will be sold too!
