Dark berry and plum fruit aromas over vanilla oak
Palate
A soft medium - full bodied red wine showing ripe dark plum and
blackberry fruits, ginger, star anise, black pepper spice and subtle
vanilla oak. This wine has a fine tannin structure, bright juicy fruit and
finishes with plum, choc mint and hints of parsley and sage.
Food Pairing
Gnocchi with truffle butter, Lamb or beef roast, vegetarian eggplant
lasagne, Mongolian lamb, baked figs with spec and blue cheese
