Barkan Superior Cabernet Sauvignon

Superieur Cabernet Sauvignon is Barkan's flagship wine. This wine fully expresses Cabernet Sauvignon's potential as a noble grape variety within the spectrum of Barkan's wines. We are producing this wine from four plots in the Upper Galilee, which has an excellent reputation for producing superb Cabernet Sauvignon grape. These plots were harvested when the grapes were fully mature, each plot and sub-plot when it was ready. The final blend reveals more than two years of planning, tasting and blending, representing true art.
