Description: BIO Pécsi Premium Wheat is a golden coloured, unfiltered, top-fermented Bavarian wheat beer with a fluffy mouthfeel, and a distinctive banana and clove yeast character. Raw materials for this premium beer are supplied by our own certified organic farms.

And beyond: In addition to organic barley malt, more than 50 % high quality organic wheat malt is used to brew this product. Its characteristic properties, the banana- and clove-like aroma and the turbidity, are due to the special Bavarian yeast, which is perfectly complemented by the mandarin character of Mandarina Bavaria hops, also of Bavarian origin.
