On the palate, there are aromas of dark caramel and toasted croutons, these combined with meadow flowers and sour cream create a harmonious exciting whole taste sensation. The dough is also wonderfully matured with a compact, crumbly structure that feels nice and smooth on the palate. Salty and sweet components come through while experiencing this harmonious texture.
