BIOMIO ORGANIC RED VERMOUTH

Biomio is a vermouth with an attractive mahogany color and amber touches. Expressive and complex in the nose with notes of spices and medicinal herbs, licorice and tones of wood. In mouth, we directly notice its balance between the sweetness and the bitter thanks to the botanical herbs carefully selected to give it its character. BioMIO has a soft bitter taste with notes of oak, spices, nuts, and medicinal herbs, softened with an end of citric notes bringing an ending fresh feeling in the mouth.
