Buiteman manufactures biscuits & twists in over 250 recipes in many shapes, textures and flavour combinations. Some are crisp at the first bite, then crumbly, slowly releasing the full-bodied flavour of the aged cheese. A flavour that lingers on the palate for quite a long time. Other are flecked with tiny bits of baked cheese, crusty on the outside, and crunchy on the inside yet rich, creamy and subtle in flavour. Adding extra cheese on top of the biscuits enhances the flavour, thus adding an extra dimension to it.
