BISTROT DES ARTS CINSAULT IGP PAYS D'OC
ORIGIN – TERROIR
This collection is a tribute to the iconic Parisian bistros, symbol of the capital and convivial spots where Parisians used to meet for a drink, often a ‘house wine’ carefully selected at the vineyard itself.
During the Belle Epoque they were also frequented by artists, it was in many of these bistros that inspiration was found for some of the most famous pieces of art that made France famous across the world.
This is the spirit of the Bistrot Des Arts range. Through its various varietal wines, it embodies conviviality and the French ‘art de vivre’. Bistrot des Arts are Vins du Pays d’Oc from specially selected terroirs. They express the typical character of the wines from the South of France: generosity, freshness and expression of the fruit.
VINIFICATION
Selection of plots and the harvesting date in order to ensure that this rosé possesses aromatic freshness and a lively character. The juice is run-off after about 4 hours’ maceration on the skins, which gives us a pale colour and a lovely aromatic expression of the Cinsault grape.
GRAPE VARIETY
100% Cinsault
TASTING NOTES
Pale pink hue with bright reflections.
The nose is expressive and fresh with luscious aromas of fruit and fruit drops.
The wine is crisp, soft and light on the palate with fresh, jammy red berry aromas followed by a citrus finish.
A gorgeously fresh and fruity Cinsault!
