Paul Archambeaud, the last manager of this prestigious company, left a small black booklet with 300 secret family recipes. This notebook, recently passed on to his grandson Renaud de Barry, allowing the production of this bitter, a true symbol of the Basque soul and an incomparable basis for a quality PEPPER SPRITZ.

A French Bitter, made from natural ingredients: Gentian Roots, Bigarade Ribbons, Crushed Orange, Sassafras Shavings, Cardamom, Ceylon Cinnamon, Espelette Pepper ... and about twenty other plants that are the secret of our production.
