Pink colour, with a fine and persistent perlage. Fruity scent with hints of red berry and tones of apple. Dry taste, sapid, with fruity and flowery notes.
An extremely versatile Rosé Spumante wine, exellent as an apéritif, enjoy with canapés, white meat, fish based dishes and Sushi.
