Bolognese sauce with beef

The traditional Italian pasta sauce. The sauce originally comes - as the name suggests - from Bologna, which is known for its nutritious cuisine. This deliciously rich sauce is mildly spiced and contains our pure artisanal beef with various vegetables and tomato, onion and paprika. Originally, in Bologna, the sauce was served with fresh tagliatelle, but it is also widely used with other pasta varieties.
