Creamy and delicate soft cheese made from fresh milk delivered by local farmers. Serving suggestion: Aromatic fruit jellies, such as ginger, orange or lemon are a perfect addition to Bonifaz Natur. Wine suggestion: Dry or semi-dry Riesling from the Mosel or Rheingau regions, for example.
