Subtle malt medley & delicate hop profile 

Boyne’s Amber Ale is a malt driven beer to form a rich amber coloured ale. It is similar to an Irish red ale, however we have used a medley of malts to produce this ale rather than a red ale.

Unlike most Irish red ales, we have used contemporary varieties of hops and German hops called Mandarin Bavaria to introduce a rich orange peel character to the end of the beer, that complements the malt flavours perfectly.

Toffee aroma on the nose is followed by a balanced, light caramel mouthfeel.
