The best Saisons display a harmonious melding of fruitiness and spiciness derived from the yeast, with a complimenting spicy and earthy hoppiness and a delicate spice character. All of this occurs in a Boyne Saison which is slightly tart and dry, refreshing and thirst-quenching, easy-to-drink, but yet still complex.

It is a classic traditional yeast-driven “Farmhouse Beer” with a very pale colour and with a spicy aroma of pepper and citrus. A light and effervescent mouthfeel with a unique spicy yeast character that dominates on the palate with a dry citrus finish complemented by the wheat-driven gentle head.
