Soft, Delicate, Malty Lager 

Boyne’s Vienna lager is brewed using a traditional German two-step decoction mashing process to help develop a more complex malt profile.

Speciality and Vienna toasted malts are used and subtle hops add a crispness and residual sweetness. Head is soapy and slightly off-white.

A light amber/deep honey colour with a light caramel malt on the nose. The malt profile is complex but not heavy with a clean lager finish. Hop character is traditional and understated.
