This harmonious wine comes from an assemblage mixing the fruity Pinot Noir and the finesse of Chardonnay.
Its aging of 36 months in the cellar gives it a pretty aromatic complexity dominated by brioche bread and ripe pear.
A distinctive wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with pike dumplings.
