Rich in fiber and complete protein, with all the essential amino acids, Hemp Flour  Canah has the highest content of fiber of all commercial grain flours, with more than 50% insoluble fibers. It is high in Omega 3 and minerals, like Potassium, Phosphorus, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Copper, Manganese.

It can be used in different blends with other flours that contain gluten, in different baking and pastry recipes. For best results, mix 25% hemp flour with 75% other flours.

The Hemp Protein Flour Canah is packed in 20kg paper bags with foil liner inside, available as conventional or organic.
