Bunkers celebrates some of Margaret River’s greatest surf breaks. The region is a magnet for both wine lovers and surfers from all over the world.

If you fancy charging down a long fast barrel onto a shallow gnarly reef, Guillotines is for you. If you’d rather keep your head, relax with a bottle of the namesake Shiraz. Enjoy firm tannins and spicy cherry flavours with a finish that won’t leave you gasping for breath. Heads up!

WINEMAKER’S NOTE: Deep red purple with medium intensity. Fine tannins across the palate together with spiced cherry flavours.

VINTAGE: 2018 was a perfect vintage for red wines. The maturation period through the growing season saw the consistent Western Australia South West weather patterns giving rise to good canopy development and soil moisture levels with good maturities across all varieties.

VINEYARDS: Our vineyards are in northern Margaret River with soils of mostly fine clay loams over ironstone. All vines are vertically shoot positioned and run in north south aspect.

VINIFICATION: Fermented for seven days on skins, pressed and run off to oak, the wine was matured for twelve months prior to release.
