BURRATA
Burrata is a product typical of the Apulian Murgia in the south East of Italy whose origins date back to early 1900. It’s a delicious fresh dairy spun paste, made from cow's milk. Its unique flavor is in the process where a sphere of mozzarella encloses a soft center of handmade torn pieces of mozzarella, mixed with cream, and twisted shut at the top without head by our master cheese makers that create a sphere of goodness.
