BURRATA
Burrata is a soft cheese typical of the Apulian Murgia (south east of Italy) whose origins date back to early 1900. It’s a delicious fresh dairy spun paste, made from cow's milk. Its unique flavor is in the process where a thin sphere of mozzarella encloses a soft center of handamde torn pieces of mozzarella, mixed with cream, and twisted shut at the top without head by our master cheese makers that create a sphere of goodness.
