Cafe de Loja Premium is an arabic strict altitude coffee, cultivated in Cariamanga province of Loja at 1900 masl. The weather and biodiversity conditions make this prodigious land the optimal soil for growing coffee. Our producers have been trained in good agricultural practices to select manually the red cherry only. After a post-harvest process through the wet process, we obtain an excellent quality grain. Finally and after an adequate process of roasting, it is ready to brew and enjoy an excellent aroma and flavored coffee, the best of Ecuador.
