SCORPIO CABERNET FRANC - ORGANIC

Dark red color. notes of red pepper and herbs predominate on the nose. Mouth with mild pyrazine notes and berries. Wood presence in complete communion with the wine, varietal is not covered. Smooth entry and finish, with good concentration a structure.

Alc.: 14% v/v.

Harvest: Manual, last week of March.

Vineyard: Gualtallary, Tupungato - Valle de Uco, Mendoza. Argentina.

Altitude: 1250 masl.

Aging: 30% of the wine rests 6 months in French oak barrels, 70% in stainless steel tanks.
