Fermentation temperature: 18-20° C.
Colour: straw yellow with greenish glares
Bouquet: delicate and continuous, with aroma of fruit and white flowers.
Taste: balanced and continuous,
with good harmony between alcohol and acidity.
Pleasant bitter almonds finish, typical of this vine species.
Ideal service temperature: 12° C.
Food pairing: suitable as an aperitif, perfect with light hors d’oeuvres,
fish or white meat.
