Caramel Bianco

This is a happy couple, made of two lovely cakes, specially created for those who cannot be dedicated to one flavor when they feel like eating something sweet. Although the classic combination is vanilla cocoa, this time we chose to join the vanilla cream to caramel, each in a dedicated cake, split in three layers of soft and slightly soaked sponge. The caramel cake is dusted with powdered sugar and cocoa, and the vanilla cake has a beautifully decorated vanilla top and small pieces of roasted groundnut.
