Carmarthenshire Duck Breast

Our Carmarthenshire Smoked Duck Breast is reared on a free range farm on the Amman Valley, at the foot of the Black Mountain. Before we Hot Smoke our Duck Breast, we marinade it in treacle & brown sugar, then gently smoke it over Welsh oak which is sourced from Talley near Llandeilo.
